South Lake Masters Swim Club is thrilled to host a special Charity Swimathon on Sunday, April 27, from 1:30 to 6:30 PM at South Lake Leisure Centre.
We’re coming together to raise funds for two incredible local charities close to our hearts: Lough Neagh Rescue and Transplant Sport NI. Whether you're up for a long-distance swim or just want to take a dip for a great cause, there’s something for everyone! Online entries are now closed. Join us for the South Lake Masters Charity Swimathon 🛟 Swim 4 Life 🫀 2025.
Where? South Lake Leisure Centre, 1 Lake Rd, Craigavon BT64 1AS.
When? Sunday 27th April 2025.
Time? 1.30-6.30pm.
Who? There's a distance for everyone - adults and children. Please ensure you can swim 100m.
Your swim will help save a life. Your registration fee and donations are greatly appreciated and will be spilt between the two charities which are close to our hearts:
🛟Lough Neagh Rescue (LNR) 🛟
LNR are a volunteer-led charity, on call, 365 days a year, providing emergency search and rescue operations across Lough Neagh and surrounding waterways.
Their dedicated crew give up their time for free, not only responding to emergencies but also undergoing rigorous training to ensure they can carry out lifesaving operations safely and effectively.
Donations help keep the lifeboats ready to launch and the crew fully trained—because when every second counts, that's when they need to be ready.

🫀Transplant Sports Northern Ireland🫀
Transplant Sport NI is a registered charity. It encourages Organ Transplant recipients to lead an active and healthy life.
It encourages organ, bone marrow and stem cell transplant recipients to lead an active and healthy life. They do this through organising sporting events, participation in the British and World Transplant games and other social activities. They also promote the Organ Donor Register Scheme. They provide a network of support and contacts for transplant recipients and their family and friends.
Transplant Sport Northern Ireland aims to provide relief and preserve and protect the health of individuals in Northern Ireland who have had a transplant. It aims to provide transplant recipients sport and recreational activities, rehabilitates individuals and improve their condition of life.
It also aims to advance the education of the public about transplants and promote human organ and tissue donation for the relief of persons in need of transplant.
